His hometown was Auburn, New York — a modest town whose economy was largely driven by a maximum security prison. Drug habits and gang activity  steadily leaked from the prison environment into the surrounding community. When he was just seven, his mother passed away leaving him in the caring hands of his grandmother. Over time, circumstances eventually got a leg up on Daniel.

Seeking some respite from his gloomy fate, at the young age of 11 Daniel was already getting involved with the wrong crowd; selling drugs and getting arrested. Even worse, his grandmother’s house went up in flames shortly after and Daniel found himself removed from familiar surroundings again. Though the circumstances were grim, being forced to move to Chicago — with a father he’d only met once before, would lead to a huge upward turn in his life.

As it turned out, Daniel’s father was extremely strict and very active in his new roles as a parent, leader, and role model. In the months immediately after moving to Chicago, Daniel had no friends — just a laptop. Luckily, this was the online tool required for passage into the world of Online Marketing. And with nothing but time in his new home, Daniel spent late nights and many waking hours self-teaching photoshop, HTML, Javascript and even C++.

A fun fact, Daniel has mentioned that the first real business he managed to launch online was based on developing myspace layouts for rap artists.

Now fast forward to today. Daniel Mastropietro has made huge progress in the online marketing industry.

Gallant Dill is a close friend and mentor who is largely responsible for helping Daniel reach his most recent growth in the industry. Daniel has said that Dill has offered him nothing but positive direction, both in business and in life overall. He has also mentioned that if Gallant hadn’t gotten on the phone with him that first time some few months ago, the path he’d managed to carve into this life so far would certainly be more shallow.

Daniel is responsible for building one of the largest Entrepreneur Groups on Facebook and cultivating the massively successful social media growth agency, Social Takeoff. Even with these in full swing, Daniel has been hard at work on another project: LeadFriend.

Put shortly, LeadFriend is the future of Social Media. Daniel and his team are setting the trend. This platform allows entrepreneurs, athletes, bloggers and other influencers to effectively automate their social media engagement.

By automating their social media, users gain time to focus on other areas of the business; like branding, scheduling, customer relationship management, and marketing strategy. Building a large audience is a real time-hog, an efficient marketer doesn’t have time to relegate to posting social media updates that could be done automatically using LeadFriend. Why spend your valuable time navigating Instagram when LeadFriend can quickly start building your audience for you.

When combined with high quality content, users often see a consistent daily growth of 50-200 new followers.

The pace is picking up for Daniel, but he is just getting started. He expects LeadFriend to further it’s releases in the coming months. Automation services for Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn are all on the horizon. We are definitely excited to see his next move.
