Myth #6: Second hand vape is just as dangerous as second hand smoke:

Also, the level of carbon monoxide gas is much lesser in the vapor when compared to tobacco smoke.
An e-Cig vapor doesn’t really behave in the same way as tobacco smoke. In fact, no vapor is produced from an e-Cig, until the user activates it by inhaling. Therefore, there is hardly any possibility of second-hand vape as the vapor dissipates very quickly. Even if a bystander happens to pass through the vapor, it would be barely detectable due to the faint scent of the e-juice flavor and that too for a fleeting moment.
Myth #7: Nicotine causes Cancer:
The truth is that nicotine is not a carcinogen but an addictive. There have been multiple studies done by independent research groups and government agencies that have found no link between nicotine and cancer. This clearly implies that it is not nicotine but the thousands of chemicals in cigarettes that cause the cancer. In that case, vaping is a healthier option if you choose to do away with the harmful chemicals.
Myth #8: Vaping will give you ‘Popcorn Lung’:
Ah! Another funny myth that took the vaping industry by storm is that vaping will give you a popcorn lung. This myth came into being due to rumors that vaping supplies contain diacetyl.
